I need some input, please!
Although the sun was mostly blocked by the marine layer, today, I did manage to get down to Black’s and cleaned up some of the seaweed that had washed up in front of the volleyball courts. There were a few single men on the beach and only one mixed couple, (male and female). One of the single men was someone who is often seen on the beach and he always positions himself to have the best view possible of any exposed female genitalia. As I left the beach, and was walking South past the couple, this guy was positioned about 25 feet away from the couple and staring intently at the woman’s crotch. While taking in this scene, I did say something to the guy who was totally absorbed in what he was watching but then I realized that the man and his female companion who was the object of this guy’s attention, had not said anything to this creep, and I had an uncomfortable feeling that I knew why. The couple were likely exhibitionists or, at least, she was and the man with her was her enabler.
Is all of this to be dismissed with “No Harm, No Foul”? Or, should some attempt be made to correct this awkward social situation. Incidentally, the lifeguards drove past this scene at least twice and did not even give it a second look.
